Once you create an account and log in to the online application, the applicant will see the “Academic Program” section on the sidebar. Admissions Process:
The Chemistry, Physics, and Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering departments each have their respective ChaMP Admissions Committees. Following an initial screening of applications, the Admissions Committees invites potential trainees for a visit at UCI. The UCI Graduate Division makes final offers of admissions to applicants, based on the recommendations of the Admissions Committees.
Recruitment Visit Meeting:
Selected applicants residing in the United States will be invited for an interview and recruiting visit to UCI. The recruitment event is scheduled for February through March for students to be admitted for the following academic year. If selected, you will be asked to indicate the names of faculty with whom you would be interested in meeting.
