Dr. Suzanne Genc, previously a ChaMP student at UCI, is now Associate Physical Scientist at RAND Corporation. She will speak at the Physics & Astronomy Dept. alumni panel series where PhD alum from our department come and discuss their career paths to their current positions.

Thurs. 4/18 3:30 in Rowland Hall 101, with wine & cheese after in RH 142.

Jinfeng Li defense

Jinfeng Li, a ChaMP (Physics) student in Peter Burke’s lab will defend his PhD thesis entitled “The Combined Quantum and Electrochemical Capacitance of Carbon Nanotubes and In-Solution Nanoscale Capacitance Measurements” on Wednesday, March 6, 2019 at 3pm in Calit2 Room 3008.
